Arturia launch Minifreak V as standalone plugin
The music tech company has announced an innovative new upgrade to the Minifreak product sphere, bridging the gap between analog and digital.
Arturia have announced the release of a new standalone plugin version of the acclaimed Minifreak. The new Minifreak V is a digital plugin version of the prolific soft synth and will act as a a software mirror-image of the original MiniFreak keyboard.
Founded in 1999, Arturia has been responsible for some of the most innovative and exciting new advances in music technology since its formation. The company is now more focussed than ever on reimagining hardware for the digital age, seeking to replicate like for like sounds using modern technology traditionally associated with analog instruments.
This latest adaptation of the Minifreak is a step forward in the pursuit of that ambition and replicates the core sound of the original with indistinguishable hybrid sound in DAW & as a standalone plugin with MiniFreak V’s dual engines, modeled analog filters and stereo FX.
