He wasn't sure, never had been, never will. Ah well, it was time to move on and he had little else but to grit his teeth and suck it up. Cycling along an empty highway he headed for the hills, miles away from his home and the people of another dimension. That was how he saw them anyway, lost souls with whom he could not identify.
