Premiere: pete.mcm – All Of The Patrons Have Gone Home
A personal new album from a producer who has operated under a number of guises but now takes his own name.
The room was empty, but for the mess there was very little sign of the revelry and mischief which had taken place here only a few hours earlier. The darkness had acted as a shield for chaos and expression, a cloak designed to conceal. Now all of the patrons had gone home…
He often cherished these moments most. The peace and quiet after the madness, that warm fuzzy feeling as the effects of the night began to fade away and wear off.
This was his happy place. The empty room.
pete.mcm releases a heartfelt new album, a collection of music which is close to mind. Certainly his most accomplished and diverse record to date. A poignant assortment of tracks which sit somewhere between the realms of downtempo, trip hop and ambient.
