Premiere: D E E P L E A R N I N G – Ether Techno

Today's premiere comes courtesy of D E E P L E A R N I N G aka Richard Pike, who's also the singer/producer in Warp-affiliated band PVT. His new ambient solo project finds him stripping away those guitar, vocal and drum complexities to arrive at a pure, serene focus on texture and melody.

Out 16th November via Salmon Universe, his second album Dataverse acts as "an exploration of our personal interaction with, and the blurred lines between, the real world and the tech world". Below you can listen to 'Ether Techno' which drapes bubbling arpeggios across shimmering waves of energy, slowly accumulating and dissipating momentum. One hand in the heavens and one foot in the matrix.
