Volcov Curates An Album Of Soul And Disco
This March will see the release of a new compilation from the British label BBE. A selection of obscure Funk, Disco and Soul gems is compiled by the talented and very capable Volcov, an artist with an important role in the underground music scene, especially when it comes to rare grooves and vibes. In recent years, Volcov has remixed artists such as Frankie Valentine, Azimuth & Taylor McFerrin, just to name a few, while Djing worldwide and running his two record labels: Archive and Neroli.
The record is titled “…From The Archive”. Volcov displays his knowledge of rare grooves, including many forgotten acts from the past. The record also features three very special edits from the man himself. This compilation takes the listener on a journey into Volcov’s record collection and musical mind.
