Roll Deep’s Dj Target Announces New Book ‘Grime Kids’

As a core member of Roll Deep, DJ Target has been an ever-present figure in grime since its origins. Now an established broadcaster on 1Xtra and co-founder of the Pitched Up imprint with fellow Roll Deep member Danny Weed, Target has just announced his first ever book.

Grime Kids will document the rise of the scene, both from his own perspective and via stories from some of grime's most prominent figures. Through these contributions, the book will document how grime went from gritty, aspirational genre to one of the UK's most powerful and influential music scenes.
