Pirate Studios are offering free studio time to Ukrainian artists in Germany & UK
Pirate Studios are offering free studio time to Ukrainian artists who have settled in Germany and the UK.
Before the war, Ukraine’s underground music scene was widely recognised for its impact and forward-thinking artistry, from club spaces to producers and DJs.
Since Putin’s invasion, millions of people have been displaced, including artists from across the country. As a way to support artists who’ve left their homes, Pirate launched the initiative in Germany, which has already supported 12 artists so far, and now the studio is extending this to the United Kingdom.
Pirate has studios across the globe, which are open 24 hours to creatives – from beginners to professionals – who want a space to record, rehearse, mix and play.
Ukrainian artists can fill out this form to apply and a member of Pirate’s team will get in touch to support them with accessing the studios.
