PH17 To Release a compilation of forward thinking electronic music

Leipzig has been lauded as one of Germany’s best kept secrets until recently, rarely surfacing in conversations about where to rave and party. Artists such as Jahtari and Credit 00 have done well to flip such musings on their head, and have helped establish the city as a premier destination for hedonism and music consumption. PH17, a label run by local artists Solaris and Stanley Schmidt have bolstered these claims, releasing experimental dance dubs for the club. Their latest offering, a compilation album featuring Privacy, DJ Mantis, S.Olbricht amongst others, continues this avant-garde streak, offering up quirky percussion, calming ambiance and break neck acid over 6 varied cuts.
