Man Power’s Me Me Me celebrates its 5 year anniversary
Man Power’s Me Me Me imprint has reached its five year anniversary.
To celebrate the label are releasing a series of five drops as well as hosting two birthday parties: one at Fabric on the 16th October and another at World Headquarters in Newcastle on 4th December.
The series of music drops kick off with Man Power’s release ’Sorted’/‘Monkey’, split into two parts and featuring remixes from fellow North East England residents Dharma (aka Rhys Buckham) and Beyonders (James Hadfield, Jason Goodings, & Mal Sharp).
The following three releases come from Vyvyan, who delivers their debut album which comes as a limited 100 copy vinyl release, a special NFT version and is available digitally; then Cici steps up for her second ever release, with remixes from Warehouse Preservation Society and Zillas on Acid; and rounded off with Man Power’s personal project Bed Wetter and its second long-player, “A Life In The Day Of”, which will be released to coincide with the Royal Northern Sinfonia’s debut performance of the artist’s experimental symphony “A Nexus in 8 Movements” which takes place at the world famous Sage Gateshead in early 2022.
To announce the birthday activity Man Power has also created the long form piece “Eight Seven Six Five Eight Point Two” which is available to download exclusively via Ransom Note HERE.
