Korzi announces new label ‘Bone Idle’
Manchester-based producer and Left, Right & Centre co-founder Korzi is launching ‘Bone Idle’.
A brand new label founded to share Korzi’s own productions, musically it will take a free-form approach to club-focused UK techno, beginning with Brain Zaps, a four-track EP that showcases a new direction for Korzi.
Inspired by sound system culture and low end frequencies, the release spans glitching drums, sharp synth lines, ominous atmospheres and plenty of bass weight, stretching across different tempos.
Korzi is one of the minds behind Mancunian imprint Left, Right & Centre, who have been home to artists exploring the realms of contemporary UK techno and bass. The label has been a home for music from Kessler, Pluralist, Henzo and Korzi himself who’s also contributed music to Loose Lips, Jelly Bean Farm, LW Recordings, Circular Jaw and more.
