High Fashion Technique Return to east London this sunday

Reaching the outer edges of funk, disco, balearic, afrobeat, 'weird jazz shit' and everything else in-between High Fashion Technique will make their third east London outing this Sunday for their inaugural free all-dayer of 2016.

On 20th March HFT take residence in their new home of The Star by Hackney Downs to bring you what they describe as 'bath house favourites and songs that wouldn't be out of place in an 80s aerobic video', which to us feels like a pretty solid place to start.

To mark the occasion HFT have welcomed Amsterdam-native, label head and owner of the Afrobot Musicology website Afrobot to curate the first ever HFT Mix, a new series of recordings that delves into the weirder sounds of a DJs arsenal. Get locked with the event here and here and delve into the mix below.
