Groove Magazine announce online workshop programme for aspiring journalists
Berlin-based publication GROOVE Magazine have announced an online workshop programme in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut aimed at aspiring journalists around the world.
Together they are inviting ten young journalists the chance to participate in a two-week programme, hosted by editors and journalists from the magazine, that covers topics like interviews, pitches, feature writing, regional reporting and social media.
After the two-week seminar block has concluded, the participants, in coordination with the editors of GROOVE, will write their own indepth feature on the regional specifics of electronic music in their own countries, which will be published on GROOVE and be compensated by the Goethe-Institut with a one-time payment of €500.
Applications are open until 3rd August. Seminars take place between the 17th-28th of August.
