Four Tet And Daphni (Caribou) To Go on B2b epic for Nyd
To kick off the New Year in style, long term sparring partners Four Tet and Caribou (going under his Daphni guise) will be going on a mammoth tour encompassing sets in London, Manchester and Leeds in a day full of musical goodness.
The pair will be starting early with a serious eight-hour set at London's Studio Spaces before heading up to The Warehouse Project in Manchester, where they'll be joined by the likes of Maceo Plex, Julio Bashmore, Joy Orbison and Scuba, then, presumably having downed a couple of gallons of caffeine, they'll be moving on to Canal Mills in Leeds, to share a bill with Floating Points, Gerd Janson and Move D. Reports that the duo are planning on playing Elton John's evergreen classic I'm Still Standing as their final track were made up by me. But we can only hope.
