Daniel Avery’s ‘Sensation’ To Be Phantasy Sound’s 50th Release

Two years on from his feted debut album, Drone Logic, Dan Avery is set to return to Phantasy Sound with a new single for their 50th release. Titled Sensation, the track finds Avery in deep territory, with a two-and-a-half minute opening salvo of beats and blips followed by submerging waves of white noise. The effect is like being whirled in a cosmos bound washing machine- if we were still partial to a tipple, we'd probably describe it as 'rushy'. Give it a listen:

Sensation comes backed with all new B Side Clear – apparently a delve through Avery's ever present psychedelic side. The 12" is available from November 27th, with digital dropping a week after on December 4th. More info over at Phantasy
