Antinote celebrates tenth anniversary with new compilation
The imprint is celebrating a decade in business with the release of a new compilation.
Antinote have announced the release of a new eighteen track compilation featuring friends and family to celebrate ten years of music on the label which was founded by Zaltan in 2012.
The French label has grown from strength to strength since its formation having become a home to a number of artists and musicians including the likes of Nico Motte, Domenique Dumont, Alek Lee, DK and many more.
The new album is titled “X, ten years of loving notes and foolin’ around !” and features a number of these artists who have contributed material to the celebratory release.
Antinote was founded as a result of fortune and misfortune when IUEKE decided to release an archive of 90’s techno tracks that were initially intended to be released on Aphex Twin’s label via the French imprint. At the time he and IUEKE were roommates in London.
More recent releases on the label have come from the likes of Front De Cadeaux and Jaisiel.
