Sasha Announces new score for Da Vinci Genius exhibition

Sasha, the iconic DJ and producer, is set to release the soundtrack for Da Vinci Genius on November 29, an immersive exhibition celebrating the work of Renaissance master Leonardo da Vinci.  The electronic innovator Sasha has crafted a score that “merges traditional classical elements with deep modern sonics.” Collaborating with designers Flora and Fauna Visions, the soundtrack features ambient layers inspired by composers like Hans Zimmer and Nils Frahm, alongside medieval choral influences from da Vinci’s era.

The project marks a return to Sasha’s cinematic ambitions, reminiscent of his 2016 album Scene Delete. This time, he delves deeper into classical structures while experimenting with electronic manipulations to create a unique auditory experience for the exhibition. The exhibition debuted in Berlin in 2021, followed by a showing in Amsterdam, and is set to tour Florida and India later this year. The Da Vinci Genius score will be available in various formats, including vinyl and digital.
