Houghton Festival announces line up for their return in August
Houghton Festival has announced it will return in August after a forced three year hiatus.
The full line up has also been revealed for the Norfolk-based festival, curated by Craig Richards, and includes the family for the 2019 edition with a few extra editions added to the bill.
Taking place between 11th – 14th August, the line up features a stellar cast who are no stranger to long sets or all night stints, including regulars like Ricardo Villalobos, Sonja Moonear, Magda, Tristan Da Cunha, A-Future, Francesco Del Garda and many more.
Elsewhere on the line up there’s live sets from Fantastic Twins, D-Bridge, C.A.R., Silicon Scally, Magic Mountain High and many more, while plenty of RSN favourites fill in the gaps: Manfredas, Ivan Smagghe, Jayson Wynters, Optimo, Ruf Dug and Josh Cheon, to name but a few.
Craig Richards said: “With great pride we present the program of music for Houghton 2022. Our intention has always been to honour the festival that didn’t happen in 2019. With the return of possibilities we finally have the chance to build upon the joy of year one and two. We look forward to successfully celebrating year three in year six. None of us could have imagined such a suspenseful and prolonged journey to the summit. But get there we shall. Preparations are fully under way, The magic of Houghton will soon return.”
