Hey Gang, how's it going? I hope you are all enjoying a wonderful long weekend full of love, laughter and live streams…

Last week, marked a rather special takeover of the Ransom Note instagram, so this week's 'This Week' is largely going to be dedicated to some of the GREAT, UNRELENTING CONTENT which emerged from that. However, first there are a few things which might be good to discuss… This crisis has brought with it a wave of change, I for one feel as if a great weight has been lifted from my back. I've started a juice diet, begun meditating five times a day and now grow all my own fruit and vegetables. Joe Wicks has been teaching me yoga via my television and I've discovered a deep found respect for the purity of life. I don't miss drugs, cigarettes or alcohol in the slightest…………..

Anyway, I hope you all have a blast this Easter and that Jesus brings you lots and lots of eggs. You deserve it, if he can break free from the tomb and ascend into heaven then we can one day break free from lockdown and ascend into the pub..
