Apocalyptic weeks / goodness in the world.
"The latest figures show some encouraging signs of stability despite the challenging economic climate. With more people in employment and a rise in vacancies, it's clear the private sector is still creating jobs." Lord Freud, the Minister for Welfare Reform. So let me get this straight, unemployment is at a 16 year high, there's more and more people in part time jobs which means it looks like more people are employed, youth unemployment has reached 1.04 million, the perceived opinion that people are turning to working for themselves comes the employer's influence so that contractors have less working rights.
"Instead of this dangerous complacency, the Government should be providing real hope to young people. They should be taxing the bankers' bonuses and using the money to help young people back to work."
