Jon Savage Festival & Signing Dates For New Book Release
It's just been announced that Jon Savage will be off around the country in prep for the release of his book 1966: The Year The Decade Exploded on 19th November.
1966 – the peak of pop music. Going deep into the social and cultural influences on the movement in music during this time, Jon explores artists such as The Beatles, The Byrds, Velvet Underground, The Who and The Kinks.
He'll be making appearances in London's 1966 film season at the Barbican, Louder Than Words weekend in Manchester and has book signings at Rough Trade East (London), Rise Music Records in Bristol and Rough Trade Nottingham.
More information on each event can be found on the links above. Jon's book 1966: The Year The Decade Exploded is of course available at each book signing and is also available for pre-order delivery on Rough Trade & Amazon.
