An absolute force in underground, alternative rap. Mykki Blanco is pushing things forward for a new generation of musicians and artists not bound by the constraints of genre, gender or just about anything else. A fierce representative of the LGBTQ+ community, their shows are enigmatic and lively. This is future thinking music and those who attend Homobloc on the 9th of November will be in for a treat.

This year marked seven years since the passing of Marcus Intalex, an absolute giant of the drum & bass and techno communities. His legacy very much lives on through his music which remains as pivotal and rightful as ever. As part of the Worried About Henry 10th Birthday, a special tribute showcase will be dedicated to the late, great DJ featuring friends who seek to keep his enthusiasm and ethos alive. Guests as part of the showcase include Dj Flight, Fabio, Doc Scott, Skeptical and more which will take place on the 23rd of November.

The Phantasy boss remains an absolute must see on any line up. From the heady days of electroclash through to the present moment – his relevance remains unrivalled with unique sets which weave and wander between styles and sounds like no other. From house to ebm, techno to new wave – you never know quite what you are going to get but one thing is for certain, it will be a trip. He will appear as part of the Homobloc line up.

Manchester raised, Space Afrika are a duo who channel elements of the dark, grey North into their music with enchanting, pensive, evil energy. At times things get dark, very dark. Yet, somehow their music offers moments of clarity and enlightenment amidst the bleak, abstract landscape which they create. Think Dean Blunt meets Burial down a dark alleyway and you’ll be on the right lines but still way off… They will perform as part of the Bicep takeover on the 6th of December.

Paul Woolford has seen and done it all. Whether it’s carving up classics for big room clubs with his elegant approach to house and techno or under the guise of his alias Special Request for those wild jungle raves. A veteran of UK dance music, he knows how to work a room like few else can and his ability to build energy remains unsurpassed. He joins another titan in the form of Fatboy Slim for his takeover on the 22nd of November.

Easily one of the best DJ’s of the moment. Helena Hauff has just announced a new EP on Tresor Records and is most probably one of you favourite DJ’s favourite DJ’s. A powerhouse when it comes to electro and techno, she plays fast and hard with frenetic pace and killer precision. Expect slick blends, fast breaks and sounds from somewhere out there in the great beyond. She joins the Bicep takeover.

Dan Snaith aka Daphni aka Caribou. Where to begin? A fun filled dancefloor enthusiast who is as comfortable showing you the weird and wonderful side of his record collection as he is blowing the roof off a club with a big room anthem at any given moment. Fresh off the back of a new Caribou album which is in and of itself pretty club based, we can expect this to be a euphoric affair with lots of catchy hooks, dancefloor tears and magic moments. He joins the Bicep showcase on the 6th of December.
