Video Premiere: Hologram Teen – Midnite Rogue

Morgane Lhote’s (former keyboardist of Stereolab) neon-drenched synthpop adventure as Hologram Teen is back this a vinyl release on Dell’Orso Records of her third album Day-Glo Chaos that R$N released a year or two back.

Inspired by the exuberant 80s with its loud neon colors, kinetic energy, and keyboard-driven sounds, Morgane’s love for the decade is at the heart of this record. Featuring arcade influences and retro vibes, the album pulses with the vibrant energy of LA’s night sky.

We’re premiering the video for lead single Midnite Rogue which pays homage to arcade culture, the video captures the spirit of 80s gaming with its nods to titles like Outrun and Hang On. Car tyres glued to sticky tarmac, French pop floating in the air, all with the mischievous spirit of a late-night rogue!
