News of our festive knees up with Land of Kings featuring Django Django (live), Detachments (live), Us (Ransom Note DJs), Soft Rocks, Electric Minds & Living In A Disco DJs

After an amazing run of ten years in their current space, a trophy cabinet full of awards and too many sell-out shows to mention, the Arcola Theatre – one of East London’s leading cultural institutions, will be moving house as of Saturday 18th December. But fear not said he, for it will be rising from the ashes again a few mins walk away in early 2011 as they set up their new space on Ashwin St.

To toast a commendable decade in festive style and to raise some money for their new venue the Arcola folks are hosting a “It’s Christmas and We’re Moving Party” next Saturday 18th December.

Ringing a troupe of special and local acts and DJs come join us in shuffling the night away on the last Saturday before the big guy’s birthday…
