DJ Pantha

This release on DJ Qs label is currently riding high in the 1Xtra UKG chart, and deservedly so. Midlands DJ Pantha has concocted a scattershot hybrid of bassline warping low end and the clattering soca beats of funky. Samples rise and fall in the mix and Pantha intermittently steps up to toast on the mic. Theres a gleeful energy leaping about between the threatening melodies- the track constantly evolves in chaotic fashion as it rolls out cross the floor, nasty steel drums a-stabbing…Suitable for dubstep, bassline, funky and the more rhythmically adventurous techno DJs alike, and a big new edition to the Q Records stable.
