Friday we are truly honoured to welcome Mr Jon Marsh (The Beloved) to The Star as guest of The Inn Step. Jon is dance music royalty as far as were concerned. Saturday is Cup Final day! Chelski play Portsmouth. Its top v bottom in the league, Avram against his old club and whole heap of other sporting sub plots. Well have all the action live from Wembley. Kick off from 3pm. In the evening Unskinny Bop do their pop, punk, disco thing from 9pm. Sunday well be knocking out roasts, bloody marys and foaming pints of ale from 12pm.

Membership cards are coming! Ive ordered them. Theyre on the way. Keep an eye out. They look good and will save you money.

Football at The Star: The business end of the season is upon us! Well be showing the FA Cup, Europa League and Champions League finals and selected games from the upcoming Football League Playoffs. Then of course there’s the small matter of that big tournament in South Africa. We’ll have all of England’s warm up games plus every game of the World Cup commencing on June the 11th.
Our private screening room is available to hire for up to 10 people for 100/game for any match. This includes 10 free bottles of beer and 3 half time pizzas. Our upstairs bar is available to hire for larger groups.
