QOQEQA to release debut LP, ‘AXUXA’, on Kebrada

QOQEQA is set to release his debut LP, ‘AXUXA’, on Dengue Dengue Dengue’s Kebrada imprint this February.

Marking the full solo material to drop on the label following the ‘Discos en 3/Cuartos’ compilation, the release explores the boundaries of Afro and Latinx syncopation, seeing QOQEQA dig deep into his Afro-Peruvian and Andean roots through textural electronics, low sub frequencies and vibrant synths.

QOQEQA is one of the producers at the forefront of the new wave of electronic music artists emerging from South America Recently.
