Logic System’s rare 1981 LP ‘Venus’ to be reissued
The highly sought after record will be available globally for the first time following its initial limited release in Japan almost forty years ago.
The album was produced by renowned keyboard programmer and synthesizer guru Hideki Matsutake who has worked alongside the likes of Isao Tomita, Ryuichi Sakamoto and the Yellow Magic Orchestra.
Logic System is a collaborative group made up of Hideki Matsutake, Grusin, Nathan East and Michael Boddicker with ‘Venus’ being recorded in Los Angeles in 1981 and released the same year.
