The second Slipped Disco night at this brick lined basement hideaway sees the Noise of Art Crew and The People Pile take advantage of the Function One soundsystem for a celebratory knees up in this bijou setting. Special guests are to be announced nearer the time. The weekend action then continues with some street art in Rome.

Slipped Disco is a club night and occasional radio show. ABOUT NOISE OF ART:
Noise of Art celebrates the convergence of music and visual art brought about by the digital age and over the past six years has worked with established electronic musicians and artists as well as introduced new talent. Noise of Art launched with a series of silent film and electronic music events in 2006 and has grown to include fine artists, designers, contemporary dancers and performance artists.

April 2006
Chris Coco, Fred Deakin (Lemon Jelly), Vector Lovers, A Man Called Adam and Ben Osborne, re-score a collection of the earliest British film ever made. Arranged like a live dj set, the artists play back to back either side of the stage witht the film in the middle. Followed by a club night with DJ sets from Man Like Me, and Spektrum in the riverside bar. National Film Theatre, Southbank, London.
July 2006
Noise of Art programmes the Film and Music Arena at Latitude festival for three nights. Acts include Uffie (debut UK show) Sebastian, Feadz, Cagedbaby, Nathan Fake, James Priestly…
February 2007
Chateau Flight sound track Les Vampires at Institute Francais followed by club night with I:cube, Gilbr and Ben Osborne DJing amongst performers dressed as vampires.
August 2007
Big Chill Festival, Noise of Art show unviel a new show based on recently re-discovered footage of 1960s space missions, with film, DJs and dancers etc.
September 2007
Laurent Garnier DJs the score to 1920s film Finis Terre, followed by club night with DJs and visuals in the bar at BFI Southbank, London.
June 2008
Booka Shade scores 1911 Italian film Inferno at BFI Southbank, followed by club DJs and visuals in the bar.
April 2009
Deep Space Disco, over the whole venue, with film on five screens and The Juan Maclean, Thomas Schumacher, DJ T, Severino and Chateau Flight doing their re-score of Les Vampires and more. Features both sit down and club spaces. Queen Elizabeth Hall, London.

Love Bites, Latitude festival, using rare early horror film and costumed performers in a club performance in the film and music tent.

Deep space disco at Sketch with film of the first space walk and other early space film projected 360 degrees aroudn the audience.
