8 Tracks: from made of CONCRETE with Rebar

„Cription“ is a refreshing take on the genre and for us the perfect closing track on an EP. We mainly know Roberto from his strong releases on Echocord and Soma. As we loved his productions we asked him for a remix. Later we invited him for our label night at Salon – Zur wilden Renate in Berlin. After this we kept in touch and a short time later he offered us an EP. The result is a versatile package from a great producer.

Our track of 2018. For us „Neverending“ summarises the year with all the good and bad things which happened. It’s like a journey through emotions, all facets of life in one single track! We hope to release much more music from him over the next years. He is truly an artist with a unique sound and feeling for these kind of magical moments in music.

Kaiser is for us one of the young Techno producers who delivers the sound of now. Johannes Volk on the other hand is a long-serving artist who created over the years a unique sound cosmos for which we love him. This combination makes this remix really special for us.

Toni’s been one of our best friends for many years now. We also organised several events at the TBA Club in Dresden. He is one of our residents and has played at most of our label nights. We’re happy that he started to produce his own music in 2018. „Definition“ is his first release and we really love what he’s doing on this track. The S-File Remix of „Definition“ got us from the first second and brought this release to the max.

It’s an awesome EP, that’s also one of the reasons we remixed this later. 😉 We completely fell in love with what Gathaspar did to this song. We asked him for this track after his live set in Berlin. It was a great moment for us when he confirmed that he will give us this track for a release on „made of CONCRETE“. This one was known very well from his live sets and was always a burning last track.

We’ve followed Myles for many years now and we really like his productions and the atmosphere he creates. It meant a lot to us that he wanted to work with us. After two remixes we finally released his „Walking Through Concrete“ EP which includes „Rules Of Engagement“, a powerful track which always works well on the dancefloor.

In the early years of the label Linearis released music under another name on our „made of CONCRETE“ imprint. With Linearis he is now focused on a new sound. When he sent us his first productions we directly wanted to sign it. For us „Confused“ showcased in a perfect way his unique sound…he is definitively somebody to watch.?

As we said already about „Neverending“, Alek S’ music really touches us and with this release from early 2015 our journey together started. Our strong connection as artists and friends exists till now. This feeling is captured in „Boyz Weekend“. Alek S produced this track after a weekend we had together. Some months later we captured the feelings in a video clip recorded at the studio, on the road and at the record release party of this EP.
