Premiere: Cold Emotion – Toast

The kitchen was ablaze – the fire ripped through each unit with a menacing roar and cast an orange haze across the room. Smoke began to billow from the windows out into the cool night air outside, black upon black upon black. Who knew that a slice of toast could cause such a mess. Inside the house the heat was potent and the smell was fierce to the nostrils – it was enough to make any man fall over and die. There would be no time for butter, jam or beyond as this was now all gone…

Cold Emotion is one of several producers to appear on a new EP on the recently launched Best Effort imprint emerging from Australia. "Toast" is an odd dance cut and comes right in time for the summer. Listen below:
