Jerome Hill & Jason Warlock Go Back To Back At Jerk

Jerome Hill and Jason Warlock are a pair of London selectors with impeccable credentials. Between them they've amassed stupidly large record collections that take in everything from early hip hop and proto electro through to jacking Chicago house, UK rave mayhem, all the way up to next week's raw techno belter. Despite being regular DJs on the capital's underground circuit – Warlock with his show on Kool Fm and Hill with releases on his own feted Super Rhythm Tracks label – both have kept it real for years, sticking to playing underground clubs and word-of-mouth raves – essentially all the kind of places that come with a Ransom Note stamp of approval…

Now the pair are joing forces for one of their rare 6 hour back to back Jerk parties, taking place in the ever excellent Rye Wax, Peckham on March 11th. In their own words,

"DJ WARLOCK and DJ JEROME HILL delve deep into some of the newest riddims whilst at the same time randomly dipping into classic genres from the last 30 years…Any or all of the following could be blasting out through the speakers; Rave, Bass, Techno, Hip-Hop, Electro, Juke, Acid, House, Detroit, Old Skool, Grime, DnB, Breakbeat, Sludge, Chicago, Garage, Dubstep, Jackin, 2-step, Club, New Beat, Brooklyn plus as yet tagless new music."

All tickets have to be bought in advance, and the place only holds a hundred or so people, so it's probably best not to mess about getting em in – pick one up from here
