Legowelt’s Alias Smackos Returns With New Album

After a seven year hiatus, Legowelt's cult ambient alias SMACKOS is returning with a new album. 'A Vampire Goes West' is to be released on his own Nightwind Records label, and is described as "amateur space jazz meets professional ambient". It was recorded at his home studio on the North Sea coast, and the 80 minute LP will be available as an "immersive Multimedia spectacle", with the original ASCII art computer file as a 'treasure' mystery map. A handmade cassette and CDr will include a domed gummy fridge sticker and a 'microzine' also containing the treasure map.

SMACKOS – A Vampire Goes West is released on Nightwind Records on 24th January 2017 and can be pre-ordered physically HERE, with the digital available on Bandcamp at release.
