Samphire Festival Releases First Line-Up
Always good news when a promising new festival emerges!
The inaugural Samphire Festival takes place 8-10 July on Porlock Hill in Somerset. As you can see in the trailer below, the site looks pretty special – located on the coast of Exmoor National Park, you'll be partying in ancient woodlands with an amazing sea view.
The first wave of the line-up features Percolate residents Krywald and Farrer, Church co-founder Seb Wildblood and party-starting duo The Menendez Brothers, as well live acts including Ethiopian jazz funk group Tezeta and 12-piece afrobeat project No Go Stop. Check it out in full below.
The eco-friendly festival wants to encourage people to disconnect from their digital lives for the weekend, getting back to basics and enjoying outdoor activities such as tree climbing, den building and stand up paddle boarding.
With many more live acts and DJs still to be announced, we reckon Samphire should be an excellent edition to the summer calendar.
