If you were at Farr festival a couple of weeks ago (and if not, why not!), chances are you may well have noticed a number of the beautiful people on site were adorned with an array of stunning sun spectatcles, feathered, beaded, shamanic shades. These beauties were the work of Use It Up Wear It Out, a collective who customize and recylcle jewellery and fashion accessories to create bespoke, one off pieces of wearable art. They're holding a workshop at the Book Club on Monday 20th August, where you can go along and make your own pair of 'upcycled' shades whilst driking a cocktail and letting out your inner diva……
Use It Up Wear It Out brings the festival to you this summer with our Surreal Sunglasses workshop.
Worn by the likes of Rhianna and Lady Gaga statement shades are this seasons hot ticket.
Join us over a cocktail or two to customise and create your own pair of eye-catching frames.
We will provide the glamourous notions from feathers to sequins via vintage brooches and neon pompoms you just need to bring your inner diva.
Let loose with the glue and get papped star-style in your finished frames.
