New Fontän Album Due On Höga Nord This Month

After breaking into the Ransom Note 100 Of 2016 in our "serious" end of year polls, the oddball Swedish label Höga Nord continues its (r)evolution with the third album from label stars Fontän. The self-titled LP has been crafted over some time, and across the eccentric eight tracks is "an extremely well directed trip in mind-altering music!". The psychedelic duo of Johan Melin and Jesper Jarold cite influences including Magma, Pink Floyd, Manuel Göttsching, Steve Reich and Talking Heads, and have been invited along to the Andrew Weatherall curated festival Convenanza in Sete, France in September.
